I am pleased to introduce you to our Database Specialist, Emily Leary. She started her journey with Moose Charities in January of 2022. I sat down with Emily to ask her a few questions about how she was settling into her new role.
1. Did you know anything about the Moose Fraternity before you started working for Moose Charities?
I didn’t know much, but my Grandpa was a Moose member until he passed away. My mom told me a few stories about how he would take her and her siblings to the Moose Lodge when they were kids.
2. What are some of your favorite parts of your job so far?
I primarily work with data so I enjoy tracking our metrics and watching all of our Moose Associations meet their fundraising goals. It’s inspiring to see so many people come together to make a big impact.
3. What led you to work in this field?
I started helping my college’s foundation raise scholarship money working at it part time when I was in school and I liked it so much that I decided to make it my career.
