No more clipping! That’s right, Box Tops for Education has gone through some changes and updates. In the past, we’d spend our time cutting out Box Tops from household items and go through a long process of bunching them together and mailing them. Now, you simply scan your receipt from their app on your smartphone and Mooseheart School will automatically earn money. It’s that simple!
Even though the process has been made easier, we have seen a big dip in donations received from this program as the years have gone by. As of recent, Mooseheart School received $230.10. Prior to the program changes and in past years, Mooseheart School received nearly $10,000.00 per year from Box Tops, on average.
So, join me and start scanning your receipts for Mooseheart School! Download the Box Tops app onto your smartphone either through the Apple Store or Google Play. Set up the app and select Mooseheart School. Shop as you normally would, then use the app to scan your store receipt within 14 days of your purchase. Many household items are not labeled with the Box Tops logo so scanning your receipt is more important than ever. The app will identify Box Tops products on your receipt and automatically credit Mooseheart School with the earnings online. Twice a year, Mooseheart School will receive a check.

I don’t have a smart phone so cutting out “Box Tops” is my only option. Is that still possible? If you delete all of us “Non-tech savvy” Moose members you may see a drop in donations.
